Office Administrator

Provide high level secretarial and administrative support for the company, requiring discretion, confidentiality, a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary and a detailed knowledge of the organization’s operations, procedures and people, as follows:

  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages on behalf of CEO or Company Directors
  • Organize management meetings including travel arrangements and facilities
  • Organize visits from management members of other corporate offices, ensure all aspects of their business visit is in place
  • Manage CEO’s appointments and schedules and make travel arrangements to make best use of his time
  • Gather, compile, verify and analyze information for the CEO or company Directors to use in documents such as memos, letters, speeches and presentations
  • With excellent written and oral communication in Greek, English and Italian
  • Fluent in additional foreign language: German, Swedish, Turkey, Russian would be an asset.
  • With ability to deal issues with discretion and confidentiality
  • Coordinates and implements necessary correspondence for emails, documents, phone calls
  • Arranges and coordinates meetings as well as necessary material which will be needed

Sales and Marketing Manager

As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Operations and Accounts Director, as well as working closely with the Sales and the Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Locate, develop, define, negotiate and closing business relationships as well as manage the existing ones.

· Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations, examining risks and potentials, estimating partners’ needs and goals.

· Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.

· Responsible for managing proposal development and client presentations and interaction.

· Master and maintain detailed knowledge of clients’ business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.

· Develop a deep understanding of the product offering, customer need, and competitive landscape.

· Day to day management of the sales accounts ensuring they are on track for achieving KPI’s.

· Update the CRM effectively with all appropriate data.

· Sending marketing emails to customers via the CRM.

· Managing the company’s social media accounts and posting relevant content.

· Making sure the company is Search Engine Optimized to maximize inbound sales opportunities.

• Preparing press releases, online & offline content

Desired Skills:

Football Trader

Using advanced mathematical techniques, you will be conducting statistical analysis of various sports to provide clients with high end data solutions. To be considered for the Football Trader position, it is necessary to have excellent both verbal and written English and Greek language skills – from an iGaming background. You will have a sound understanding of working in an online environment – particularly web content management as knowledge of website management and the delivery of digital and social marketing campaigns will be a plus in this role.

Responsibilities:

· Conducting extensive research of high-level data to develop or refine an encyclopedic knowledge across a wide range of sports

· Watching live feeds and using your knowledge to make fast, accurate interpretations of events and researching the marketplace for opportunities on behalf of clients

We currently have a new opportunity as we are looking for an experienced Unity3D Developer (full time), that will be a member of our Scrum team in Athens and will be tasked to develop games for the i-gaming industry.

Main duties
  • Develop new games and maintain code base of existing ones
  • Contribute to all phases and parts of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design and architecture, implementation, unit testing
  • Design and architect plugins in Unity with minimal code base alterations
  • Applying optimization techniques, targeting low and mid-range hardware
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation
  • Communicate and work effectively with other developers (Unity – Backend) and artists in Scrum team
Qualifications and mandatory experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of game development with Unity3D engine with C#
  • Proven experience developing with UnityEngine 5.x, and at least one published game for iOS / Android / Windows
  • Proven experience with asset bundle mechanisms, handling of multiple assets variations and/or huge amount of assets (>10GB)
  • Strong knowledge of object oriented programming and best practices / patterns

Accounting and Finance Executive

As a finance and accounting manager you will undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. The responsibilities also include financial risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility is to monitor and reconcile all Company bank accounts and Expense Report processing
  • Analyze bank account activity on a daily basis
  • Prepare detailed schedule of daily activity for Cash Flow Forecasting; including deposits, payments (ACH, checks and wires) and internal transfers
  • Prepare weekly journal entries to record transactions
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and analysis of Payments, Exceptions and Fees
  • Process Expense Reports, including auditing transactions and posting on a daily basis
  • Audit Corporate Credit Card Charges and post on a weekly basis
  • Lead costs analysis, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and actual performance versus business plan
  • Formulating strategic and long-term business plans
  • Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
  • Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the Inland Revenue
  • Managing budgets

Desired Skills:

  • BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • CPA designation preferred, but not required
  • Over 1 year of accounting/finance experience
  • Working Knowledge of SoftOne ERP will be considered as an asset
